SPECIAL!!! Legendary artist and stockman Uncle Charlie Chambers is exhibiting at the "J" throught September 2018. Here's a link to his story with pictures and here's a link to the news of his vistit to Noosa FM last December.


Uncle Charlie Chambers was born in Cherbourg in 1936. His parents were “Stolen. Generation from Far North Queensland.  He helped R M Williams make his mark at Rocky Bar cattle station. His art is what he sees, not what others expect. It is his own, yet has a familiar simplicity and unique quality, with wondrous ways to depict the beauty of the land (Interview link)


Emily Wurramara: Talks about her apperance on the ABC's latest release "Deadly Hearts". her upcoming "...Island reggae style..." EP and national tours including the NIMA awards in Darwin later this year

Glenn Ferguson AM: Managing Director of Sajen Legal. He is a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Queensland. Glenn speaks about his background and the history and recent developments in the Constitutional Recognition debate.

Gregg Dreise:  "Speech Pathology Australia Book of the Year 2015" author, illustrator, teacher & storyteller Gregg Dreise, is short listed for the 2017 Australian Book Industry Award (Reader's Choice)". Gregg is a teacher on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland and has completed four more picture books ready for publishing and is working on another for upper primary level.
